When the bike first arrived, I gave it a 5-star review like many others because the bike looked great initially. However, only a few days later I began experiencing serious issues.<\/p>\n

My attempts to get help through customer support became a long and frustrating process with no clear solution.<\/p>\n

Because of this experience, I created this website to document what happened and to warn other potential buyers.<\/p>\n

\u26a0\ufe0f Warning based on my personal experience:<\/h2>\n

\n

The brands GoGoBest and related brands such as Bezior appear to operate a very frustrating \u201chide-and-seek\u201d style customer support system when you try to claim warranty service.<\/p>\n

There is no real contact information available other than a support email. In my case, a person named \u201cFancy\u201d (likely a support agent) repeatedly asked me to send videos showing the problem. I sent around 15 videos over many months, yet I kept being asked to provide more recordings instead of receiving an actual solution.<\/p>\n

After more than a year, my bike still has almost no power on the rear wheel and only limited power on the front wheel, and the issue remains unresolved.<\/p>\n

I am sharing this so other buyers are aware of the potential difficulty in getting warranty support. Below, I’m providing photos and videos documenting the issues and my communication with support.<\/p>\n

Customer service has stopped communicating as soon as it was obvious that the bike could not be easily repaired.<\/p>\n

The battery started swinging left and right after one trip on a white road. I solved this easy-fix with the scotch tape.<\/p>\n
