GoGoBikes scam – warning to buyers. 

I’m a GoGoBest bike owner.

When the bike first arrived, I gave it a 5-star review like many others because the bike looked great initially. However, only a few days later I began experiencing serious issues.

My attempts to get help through customer support became a long and frustrating process with no clear solution.

Because of this experience, I created this website to document what happened and to warn other potential buyers.

⚠️ Warning based on my personal experience:

The brands GoGoBest and related brands such as Bezior appear to operate a very frustrating “hide-and-seek” style customer support system when you try to claim warranty service.

There is no real contact information available other than a support email. In my case, a person named “Fancy” (likely a support agent) repeatedly asked me to send videos showing the problem. I sent around 15 videos over many months, yet I kept being asked to provide more recordings instead of receiving an actual solution.

After more than a year, my bike still has almost no power on the rear wheel and only limited power on the front wheel, and the issue remains unresolved.

I am sharing this so other buyers are aware of the potential difficulty in getting warranty support. Below, I’m providing photos and videos documenting the issues and my communication with support.
